While doing your business online, you may encounter fraud orders and Chargebacks, Here are few guideline that can make you aware about fraud orders and let you know how you can protect yourself from possible chargeback: Please feel free to add more guideline;

* Do not accept order unless you receive complete information including full address and phone numbers of your customers, to confirm order go for phone verification.

* Avoid order from free web based email address; try to get the domain-based address of the customers.

* Turn suspicious if you receive an expensive order, the fraudsters usually place an expensive order from theft card.

* Scrutinize orders that have been placed on rush or overnight delivery.

* Scrutinize orders from foreign countries. A large percentage of fraudulent Internet purchases are made from Indonesia, Russia, Vietnam, Nigeria and other region, so be careful while executing any such orders.

* Post a warning message on your order page that can minimize fraud attempt.

* If you are dealing with products which are categorized in high risk like gambling, adult business, tobacco etc make sure to use a payment processors those provide high risk merchant account, it will minimize the chances of chargeback.
