We have an immediate need for the processing of online tobacco sales for several native American indian tribes. The opportunity is real with average monthly sales between the first two tribes exceeding 90 million. All due diligence documentation including financials is readily available. Our preference would be for domestic processing and acquiring in order to secure the competitive buy rate between 2.15 to 2.22.

Who created accounting principles? Who sets and revises accounting standards? What if you don’t follow all the rules, do you go to jail? Is there an accounting police force that investigates and arrests violators? It would seem that there must be some regulatory force to make sure that providers of financial statements conform to the rules.

This is standard business recovery strategy. It might even make sense to have a contract with a maintenance company to perform ongoing maintenance on equipment and data. There are companies some national that perform this service for small businesses. This help to prevent virus infestation and loss of data due to poor procedures.
